Devon Park is a 2,000 ha cattle breeding operation which is part of the original and iconic Western District property historically owned by the Clarke family.  Devon Park runs a 2,100 cow self-replacing cattle operation with progeny transferred to Condah Hills for finishing.

The most recent portion of Devon Park, 3,000 acres acquired by DPC in 2020, has recently undergone a major development program including pasture development, fencing and a new livestock watering system.
